Breathwork Workshops
Come experience the healing power of somatic breathwork, a tool used to connect mind and body to bring healing to the whole self. This workshop is hosted monthly on Sundays (generally the 2nd Sunday of the month) in person at our main office in Denver. We also host individual sessions worldwide via our virtual platform!
Cost is $75 for one session, $130 for two sessions.

WellBeings Group
Are you curious about attachment, shame and healing attachment wounds? If so, this group is for you! Working with attachment and shame expert, Isaac Archuleta, this group allows individuals to deep dive into this work at a more affordable rate than individual coaching or counseling. Supporting Your LGBTQIA+ Child
This group is specifically designed for parents and loved ones navigating the world of parenting a queer or trans child. We offer this group multiple times a year, with the next group starting in early 2024! Fill out our interest from below to be notified of the next group.
Groups meet virtually for 1.5 hrs for 4 weeks. They are open to parents nationwide and are facilitated by iAmClinic and iAmCouncil staff.
